To use it, all you need is a computer and the internet. And your data is secure, housed on a locked server at ILS facilities, not hosted on a server shared by several companies in parts unknown.

Requesting an Interpreter.
While we'll be happy to take your requests for interpreters by phone, fax, or e-mail; many of our clients have found it more convenient to request interpreters online - all it takes is six easy steps:
Tell us where the appointment will be.
Simply select the location and the department from easy-to-use menus. Adding sites and departments is a snap - if you require additions to the list, just call ILS and you'll see it on your screen in moments.
Tell us what language you need.
ILS interpreters are proficient in more than 30 languages. To see the languages available in your area, click the drop-down menu - the list reflects only languages ILS currently serves in your area.
Tell us whom we should contact.
For your convenience, ILS tracks who requested appointments.
Tell us when the appointment will be.
To avoid confusion, dates are always displayed with the day of the week; enter time in any format you like. Our unique "time validation" feature prompts the user if an appointment goes over six hours, which helps avoid AM/PM errors that could cost you money.
Tell us for whom we're interpreting.
You can add as many patients as you want to any encounter - and with a unique identifier, like a medical record number or date of birth, our system will warn you if you're entering a duplicate request.
Send the information to ILS.
Click save and you'll be given a confirmation number. Then relax and let ILS handle the rest.
